Welcome to my new blog. I have called it Challenges 101 as I hope to complete several challenges this year.
Recently I have been taking a long, hard look at my life. The wrong side of 50, renting my house, in a safe job that does nothing for me, still wondering what to do when I grow up! So I have decided that I really need to get a grip, take on some new challenges and see what life brings me!
I have been inspired by Chris Guillebeau’s new book “The Happiness of Pursuit” which tells the story of not only his own personal quest ( travelling to every country in the world) but also lots of others who have taken on personal quests. Within a week of finishing the book, WordPress announced the Photo101 and Blogging101 challenges for November. I do like a bit of serendipity….so here goes
